  January 26, 2021 - Another ancient bottle. On PnP, the nose showed a heavily oxidized wine, with celery and herb notes plus citrus. However, the next day, the sherry-like notes are much less. Still this probably should have been drunk years ago. Aromas of cider, deck stain, earth, sherry, chlorine pool, oregano, lemon, celery. (yeah, really) Lemon, underripe stone fruit, earth, hay, light sherry notes on the palate. Actually a pretty nice wine, though you have to have a tolerance for oxidized wine.

  December 19, 2012 - FYI - On pop and pour this wine had an overwhelming paint thinner like aroma and taste. I put it back in the fridge and on night 2 and 3 it was fine. Reduction or VA maybe?
  
  Otherwise some interesting and quircky flavors (licorice?) with good balance and acidity.
