February 5, 2020 - Pnp. Opened tight. It had a minute about an hour after opening where the dark berry cherry fruit came through, but that didn't last long. Perhaps it was our palate or the other wine overpowered it? We don't know but it was disappointing. If I had more I'd probably sit on it and see what happened because today it was a waste . Astringent.

August 24, 2016 - Popped and poured. A hot year, and it shows. A bit pruney. Smooth and tasty, though not particularly complex. Drink up.

August 8, 2016 - Much better in the summer ( go figure it's a CNDP!) with some great Turkish grilled lamb. Sweet and v easy to drink, lots of black fruit. Lovely seductive wine but not the complex CNDP we really adore

November 21, 2015 - Good CNDP. Modern in style, shiny wine, good fruit but lacking in complexity for me

September 1, 2015 - I last tasted this 5 years ago and was disappointed by a general crudity. Not now. It is definitely a hot climate wine with dried fruit (prunes?) as the most obvious descriptor! Perhaps black olives and licorice too. But it is complex and now smooth on the palate with excellent length. A bit hot due to high alcohol levels perhaps but still a pleasure.

January 24, 2015 - This wine continues to drink well. Lots of darks fruits, garrigue and dried plums and a little licorice. A good finish to it indicates it will last for a few more years.

October 10, 2014 - This wine is drinking very nicely right now, it has notes of Plums, licorice, dark red fruits, saddle leather, and garrigue.

November 6, 2013 - I opened the bottle for about an hour before pouring. It has a medium ruby color, with a small amount of bricking at the rim. The wine offered ripe, dried dark & red fruits, plum, herbs, a little bit of licorice, and leather notes. The palate was very similar. It is a much less rustic wine compared to the 2001 version of this same wine which I drank earlier this week. This has a much more silky texture (a chocolate note).

December 17, 2012 - Granato non scurissimo. Al naso ciliegia, mora, pepe, garrigue, spezie dolci, note ematiche. Bocca potente ma elegante, coerente, lunga
