February 5, 2023 - We really enjoy Howell Mtn cabs. Previously tried a Robert Craig Cuvée; this was our first of three single varietal cabs from the winery. This seems to have held up well - popped-n-poured last night and finished this afternoon. Very good flavor and the tannins are essentially nonexistent at this point. The finish is excellent - still there.

August 4, 2022 - Still has life. In a great place. Drink now / soon. Held up over 2.5 hours with ease. Best at the end.

May 22, 2022 - Blackberry compote, blueberry and plum on the palate with some notes of white pepper. Full bodied with integrated, silky tannins. Fruit predominates with tannins taking a distant second in weight. Drink up.
