April 4, 2006 - Very dark yellow. Starting to turn. Nice acidity still present. Oak makes the wine soft, but has not turned the wine to petrol. Little hints of citrus, but at this age its missing some liveliness. Still it goes nicely with some cream dishes, and is a nice partner with them!
