April 21, 2018 - Legends of the Spring 2018 (Portland, Oregon house of TW and AW): Strong Oregon red vintage giving a light red colored Pinot. Dried pomegranates on the nose with Sakura tea and raspberries on palate, morphing into a hint of dried morels and plums on a still slightly tight impressive finish (now-2035)

March 25, 2016 - Color: middle is pale medium red fading to clear/light brown at the edge.
Nose: complex nose of red fruit melange with cotton candy and decaying organic matter.
Palate: medium weight, exceptionally well balanced, complex red fruits. Balanced acidity carries a long finish.
    Summary: wonderful aged Oregon Pinot.

June 22, 2014 - 1999 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir (SE Wine Collective): Smells like a horse stable. Stewed, funky camel toes with strong green notes. Some mushrooms on the palate with bitter cacao nibs. Really out of wack. Similar, funky, tarry finish.

Tar, rubber, then red cherries, then mint, elegant, lithe, good acid, extensive finish that just kept going. Some would say the wine of the night.
