April 13, 2012 - Pale, pale gold. Yeasty, floral nose. Very good Chablis, rich Chardonnay taste, just the right amount of oak and acidity. Very "light" and yet with a nice substance, surprising power, on the palate, impressively long finish.

November 27, 2011 - Mint, green tea, linden, lily-of-the-valley,honeysuckle and peach. Taste of scallop-like saline, sweet mineral and mollusk.
