March 15, 2018 - 90 minute slo-o. Excellent wine. Terrific purity of the fruit on a balanced and terroir laden palate. Hint of spice also on the palate, with a soft and lengthy finish. Great QPR.

January 23, 2016 - Just popped. Thought for sure it would be dead but surprisingly fresh, bright. Lovely cherries and strawberry and color to match. Wouldn't hold any longer but delicious aperitif wine.

July 7, 2012 - Needs an hour or two decanting. My first experience with the 2010 after really enjoying the 2009. The 2010 is also a lightly colored (although somewhat darker than the 2009), relatively light bodied wine, that packs a deep flavor profile and wonderful freshness. This time tart cherries dominate the palette and is generally more fruit forward and less complex than the 2009. Relatively long finish. Great summer red.

April 5, 2012 - 12.5%, Jean Gabin (the first Maigret) is on the label. Natural wine. More like a halfway house between grape juice and wine actually, not a bad drink, opens up well in the decanter, nice sweet and estery black cherry fruit, floral topnotes, some of the wild spiciness of the Pinot Meunier, silky and smooh. It grows on you, but it still feels as if they forgot to finish the product.
