December 11, 2023 - Great nose, Still a fair amount of tannins considering the age. Decanted for about 20 min. Faded out and bitter towards the end.
November 12, 2022 - fantastic and was ready to drink
June 10, 2022 - Deep maroon and a garnet youthful rim still. Dark red fruit with a little barnyard undertone on the nose. Some minty liquorice as well. A beautiful silky mouthfeel opens to a baked berry compote and strawberry jam. While almost at perfect equilibrium of constituents, the wine is still young with lively tanin. Many years still to go. Excellent and full bodied.

March 29, 2020 - Still an adolescent but it’s beginning to show its potential. Old World perfume of dark fruit, black cherries, pastille, and a budding forest in the spring. The palate is confident, structured, and very elegant, with silky, black raspberry liqueur wreathed in perfectly integrated oak. Finishes long, generous, and complex. Lots of upside.
