January 26, 2019 - Pinot Noir Mini-Tasting; 1/19/2019-1/26/2019: 20 minute slo-ox, and the wine did not improve during the one hour meal. No sediment to speak of. There were some light earthy aromas. The medium bodied palate presented some light red fruit, more acidity than needed to balance, and a touch of drying tannins on the finish.
Our overall impression is that this wine has passed its peak and is beginning to fade -- similar to the GBBWINO TN follow-on of 2/10/18. Maybe just a "bad" bottle...

October 28, 2018 - Ditto previous notes. Drinking at peak.

October 14, 2018 - What a surprise! Didn't think Oregon Pinot aged this well. Fragrant Pinot Noir nose leads one into a palate that does not disappoint. Fruit is front and center. Alcohol a little obvious, and the expectant slightly hot finish, but, on a. primal level, this wine Really rocks! If you have some in your cellar, open and enjoy!

July 8, 2018 - Lovely aromatics of potpourri spices and cherry pit aromas. Palate showing a ripe fruit style, quite savory, but still fresh. Finish is short, but pleasant. Not a ton of depth here but quite enjoyable at this stage.

February 10, 2018 - The warmth of the vintage shows through with grippy, dry tannins and astringent tart red fruit. Toasty oak and spice are still present. This was a PNP so I wonder if a decant softens the edges. A lot of structure here

45-60 minutes after opening, this has deteriorated quickly. Disjointed, unbalanced, acid has taken over....tart, tannic, flat, too much oak, etc. rating is more like 84-85
