May 20, 2023 - Full, pretty fruit but slightly acidic balance, probably past its best but full of life
April 17, 2023 - Beautiful mixed fruit, a bit muddled, fragrant, quite tannic, rustic finish. Wonderful for a plain Bourgogne. Would last but drink now
September 11, 2020 - Catch Up @ Scaled by Ah Hua Kelong!: Rather fruit forward and powerful. This went well with food tonight. Ok to drink now but should get better with more time.
April 18, 2020 - After 10 years there is enough reserve in this wine. Nose with violets, fresh cherry; deep and concentrated. Good acidity on the palate, sharp and with grip on your cheeks. Nice long finish.
April 9, 2020 - Similar to prior notes. Continues to drink wonderfully.
July 4, 2019 - 4/6. Dark crimson. Lovely open perfumed nose - dark cherries and sous bois. Mid palate is quieter but then evolves into amazing long fruity tangy finish.
June 14, 2019 - My last of three bottles. Loads of cherry and a little earth. No rush, but for me in the zone and drinking great. Wish I had a few more...
March 23, 2019 - Brilliant little wine, crunchy redcurrant peeking through the acidity.
October 22, 2018 - Appetising and savoury with cherry and forest floor funk, delightful actually.
October 12, 2018 - Has definitely moved on from my last bottle. Fairly muted nose and pretty simple in the mouth, but the fruit is more evident. Still quite a bit of grip on the finish. Think I'll wait another year before hitting the next bottle.
