September 9, 2023 - Last bottle, unfortunately, but I think that this was drunk at peak or very close.
The color starts to get a golden hue, but on the nose it is not much advanced, with lovely if more subtle fruit and floral hints. On the palate there is a wonderful mineral core and that silkiness you get with age. -

November 27, 2021 - Citrus, dried honey, oyster shells. This is starting to show baked bread and nuts. I would have guessed this Chablis blind. This would rate higher based on the aromas, but it remains compact and does not expand on the finish. A great 2010 St Aubin at a good drinking point. There is no rush, as the wine was fresh days later from the inert-gassed and re-corked bottle. Highly recommended if you can find a bottle in order to get an idea of what an aged Lamy could look like. Air pressure: 29.93 Hg

December 4, 2020 - Medium yellow. Subdued nose. Palate suffered from initially being too cool but this developed nicely into a lemon brioche mid-palate with some nice minerality and deft wood use. Perhaps a bit less body than I would like but very nice otherwise - great balance and good length.

June 3, 2020 - A beautiful wine! Closing in on maturity but can age for much longer! Deep yellow fruits an strong acidity - great white burgundy is the best!
