Community Tasting Notes 1

January 30, 2015 - 100% Organic, EcoCert. Domaine of 44ha over 35 appellations. All farmed Biodynamic, they will be certified in 2 more years.
    elegant and juicy fruit expression.
Shows a soft hand of oak to the nose. Parcels that can get more ripeness (Musigny, Bonnes Mares, among others), get more whole cluster, up to 100%. Red berry fruit, some worchestershire aromas. Worchestershire follows to the palate. A savory spice. Herby cherry on the finish.
20% new oak for 12 months.
