August 4, 2023 - Lovely. Floral nose, rust mineral in mouth with spice and finesse. Should hold but hard to imagine getting better. Interestingly, very much in the style of Jacques Seysses, even though Jeremy was in charge .

June 3, 2023 - This is still lovely but definitely more muddled than it's ever been, and I don't know if it's just in a lull or if my last bottle two years ago was its absolute peak. (And no shame if it was - it was glorious.) This pours out a very pale crimson color with fully mature aromatics encompassing a miscellaneous earthiness, oiled leather, and some sweetness evoking cinnamon and maple sap. It's very soft on the palate though, lighter than it used to be and honestly getting a bit anonymous. Much of what's left of it is the patina. I would have guessed this as 10 years or more older than it is.

August 18, 2022 - Tasted blind. Very sleek, and elegant, a bit stemmy as was pointed out to me. Good purity here, I guessed chambolle, someone with a better palate nailed it as a Dujac wine. RJWOTN Kudoz to JG

December 25, 2021 - Classic burgundy. In a good spot right now after 1 hour of air, bright crunchy fruit married with "sweet" red strawberry and raspberries. Some tertiary notes starting to emerge give it another layer of complexity. This wine is drinking really smoothly right now, probably will be at peak in 1 to 2 years.

October 18, 2021 - Really polished texture and subtle aromatics. Creamy fruits, and refreshing overall. Really enjoyed but looking forward to aging even longer.
