June 7, 2019 - At GW Fins in New Orleans with Estie and Danny. Medium yellow in color. Lemon zest and apple on the nose. Pears and citrus in the mouth with a tad vanilla and butterscotch, along with a stone nuance. Full bodied, well balanced with nice acidity. Good finish. It went well with all ll of our seafood.

March 8, 2014 - Medium yellow, big ripe nose of butterscotch, pear, pineapple, lemon curd and flinty/mineral undertones, palate moves from strength-to-strength with white peach, wet stones, floral lift and mineral streaks, finish is long, ripe and perfectly in balance
