August 23, 2008 - I had very much looked forward to this but I found it very poor and hugely disappointing. The wine was flat, and the only taste or flavour apparent was that of alcohol. There was neither any freshness nor any maturity of fruit. There seemed to be no fruit atall. This was the first bottle that I have had from the case and I can only hope that it was an "off bottle" and that the others will be better.
