  December 25, 2023 - What a surprise! I assumed this bottle was too old but it drank magnificently. The fruit is still there, the acidity lives and an incredible secondary layer of honeyed notes has emerged. If you have any of this left, drink up!

  November 1, 2015 - slightly sweet, but a perfect match with miso soup with noodles. I was looking for something that would balance the saltiness of the dish and the umami of the soup. The heavy mushroom flavors and the saltiness led me to this bottle and it worked well
