Community Tasting Notes 2

July 29, 2012 - Tasting room pour. Light tropical nose with some fresh cut white flowers. Tropical palate with apricots, pineapple, and coconut cream... pina colada. Good minerality. Coconut cream pie finish that lingers a bit. Good wine, though a bit more muddled than the 2010 Estate Chard. 87-88.

July 1, 2012 - Chardonnay Symposium- Santa Maria Valley. Expressive slate, lime and ashy earth. Bright and pure on the palate with orange & lime with flourishes of spice and mineral. Showing well all around with good feel, depth and finish.
