August 15, 2012 - Color. clear, almost white, lightly yellow.
Nose. pear, honeycomb, kumquat zest. aromas of light/medium intensity.
Palate. pear, crisp apples. light/medium intensity. good acidity. ever so slight oily texture. no residual sugar, very dry. a long finish of apple/quince aromas and an acceptable bitterness.
Very unusual wine. It could compliment a wonderful, thought-out meal, from start to finish.

February 14, 2012 - 85% Semillon 15% Sauvignon Blanc . Electric aromas that leap out of the glass, very tropical bouquet with fresh herb accent. Juicy, refreshing style with a surprisingly light touch. This should really come together by the time it is hot out, maybe 3 months or so.
