December 24, 2018 - I was very hopeful when I first opened this as it had been disgorged back in September 2012; unfortunately, I soon realized that this was a carbon copy from my April 2014 experience: lots of upfront creamy mouse and froth, and tiny bubbles, which abated within 30 minutes of being poured. Nice aromatics; however, the flavors reflected simple orchard fruits and little complexity.

June 25, 2017 - Hosting LI Blind 2017 edition (Jewel Restaurant Melville): Sweet, oaky but with yeasty character. No one thought it was champagne. Not without pleasure but rather simple. Seemed tired.

December 24, 2016 - A modest, pleasant and eminently drinkable Champagne.

December 16, 2016 - Mineral on the nose and palate add some nice complexity to this balanced, crisp NV champagne which tends toward lean without being austere.

August 9, 2016 - Dinner with the Post guys (Chez Kimelman): Pretty good inexpensive NV Champagne.
