August 29, 2023 - In a great spot, this wine is tasting extremely good right now !!
The cork was nearly perfect after a dozen years in the bottle. This is a balanced Pinot Noir blend that I consumed over two days. Deep ruby color with no oxidation, clarity medium. Aromas of pomegranate and caramel, flavors of sweet cranberry, cherry, rhubarb, and forest floor with a pleasant medium finish. This wine benefited from gentle oxygen since it was much more soft & integrated on day two. Great fruit with firm acidity made into a very balanced Pinot Noir from the Russian River Valley appellation of Sonoma County. This Pinot Noir is an age worthy wine and has more years of life left, unfortunately, I have no more bottles of this vintage remaining..
June 14, 2023 - Sadly, my last bottle of this fabulous wine. Lovely. Drinking perfectly right now.

Opened and popped very fruity American style pinot
Medium to full body with plenty of fruit
January 16, 2023 - Bright and acidic with red cherry, strawberry, and cranberry fruit. Mid-palate notes of cola, red licorice, and cinnamon spice. Good finish and nice wine after 13 years but time to drink up.
October 30, 2022 - Not a wine built to age, nor one that is particularly discernible as pinot noir to me at this point. It’s got some maple notes with cola, black cherry liquor, but not holding together too well. Drink yesterday.
October 13, 2022 - So completely reverse of what we experienced 2.5 years ago....Muted on 1st night while the 2nd night...it was singing. Touch better....still going strong at 12 years.
Previous note: Pig and Pinot Night: Drank over two nights. 1st night via Coravin - Very expressive, red fruit, alcohol has integrated nicely, medium acidity and finish. 2nd night - Pulled the cork...somewhat muted on the nose but seemed to drink better once it had about 30 minutes in the glass.
September 30, 2022 - Light to medium bodied. Nice cherry finish. Smooth. Well made. Still has some life left in it.
