November 30, 2021 - Ridge Dinner 29 November - The Young Ones (Hawksmoor Guildhall): First of these i've drunk for a year or so - super coherent now, just fully integrated, starting to show secondary characteristics. If i didn't know how these develop I'd say "drink them now" but...they will go on for decades. The fruit is still there, super engaging, there is a backbone there but it's so easy (and enjoyable) to drink now. My, and the table's WOTN.

Some discussion about the correct pronunciation, I'm *pretty* sure it's guy-zerville...

November 3, 2021 - This bottle is lovely and seems to be still improving. Blackcurrant, violets and spices with an almost Christmas cake feel on the nose, soft long tannins with a hint of sweetness and a long finish.

May 27, 2021 - Fantastic bottle. Combination of some secondary flavors intermingled with the mixed blacks fruit made this a very well rounded wine. The age has improved things as I enjoyed this quite a bit more than my last bottle three years ago.

April 16, 2021 - Red fruits with hints of strawberry leaves and scent. scents continue on the palate to create an interesting mouthful. Fully ready

March 1, 2021 - This bottle showed much better - I'm a fan of mixed blacks just not the American oak and it seems like the dill notes are rolling back in favor of redwood shavings which I'm cool with.
