October 12, 2021 - Surprisingly quite drinkable. Very limited sediment. A nice floral upon opening. Perfect table Vino. It may age more years, but hard to say. It won’t become incredible but certainly worthy of it’s fine pedigree.

June 13, 2021 - Excellent time to drink. Went very well with good Italian dinner

June 1, 2021 - This is in a really good place. Decanted for 4 hours. Had with a truffle dish. Dark fruit- boysenberry, with notes of leather, cedar and slight earthiness. Integrated tannins. 30 second finish. Good now but will last many years. Glad I waited.

January 15, 2021 - Third of 3 bottles I had purchased. Agree with the reviews on bottle variation - I drank one a bit too young 4 years ago, one that was not good last year, and this one was the Goldilocks wine - exactly what I’d expect from a Barolo with some age. Drank it after 45 minutes of air, not decanted. At its peak IMO and likely to be on the downslope soon. Delicious

December 31, 2020 - Double decanted 3 hours. Drinking nicely. Retaining some dark fruits and classic structure.
