August 22, 2015 - Mature/resolved - very fine mousse. Yeasty but softer in complexion. Actually made it more of a easy companion to different dishes. Enojyed the wine, but it's time to drink now. Pale straw coloring, subtle carbonation remaining, consumed alongside four courses inc corn soup, rabbit terrine and a buttermilk chicken.

July 10, 2014 - easy drinking vintage champagne. not much complexity there, especially compared with 2002 prestige and 2002 seduction.
