April 5, 2022 - I’m no connoisseur of white port. This disappoints. Honeysuckle and honey predominate over some white grape, quince, pear, and minerality.

March 22, 2019 - Consistent with previous bottles. Wild salmon in color, this fortified white port revealed Marcona almonds, fresh cut flowers, dried fig and thyme on the nose. The mouth feel was full equal parts subtle sweetness and tangy elements. The finish was firm with the almond/nutty elements and the subtle sweetness keeping the 19% abv in the background.

Purchased for $13US/750ml, this is an ideal aperitif that is best served at 50F and with medium density cheeses. Lot L180080.

March 10, 2017 - Good entry level white port. Medium golden in color, nose of light toffe/butterscotch. Good acidity w/o an over abundance of alcohol on the nose or the palette.
