November 25, 2020 - Second bottle much better than the first I had which seemed plummy and more medicinal. This one started that way but after 2-3 hours in the decanter (first bottle was p'n'p) it shed those qualities and became more floral tinged, pure dark fruit and "sous bois"-y . Good length, although still a bit large in shape compared to other bottlings from Bize. Still, it had the signature of the domaine and was sad when there wasn't any left in the bottle.

January 1, 2014 - I love this. I can't wait to revisit another bottle in a few years. But will cellar the others I have for awhile. Or then again, maybe I won't have the will power with this one.
