September 1, 2019 - Solid. This has the stuffing to last another 5 years

October 15, 2017 - Menthol on both the nose and the palate. A ripe wine that is a bit out of balance and disjointed. The finish has a bit of black licorice which I do not find appealing.

Fruta y suelo a partes iguales. Mucha pimienta rosa recien molida.

Largoooo.

January 16, 2016 - Medium ruby, nice nose, good drink but a bit astringent. It may improve but I doubt it.

September 25, 2014 - medium plum leathery tan red, lots of clarity, slight brickish hue
Nose: blackberries, iron, blood, mustard, fennel, white pepper, orange rind, walnut
Pal: blackberries, iron, blood, mustard, fennel, white pepper orange rind, silver, steel, touch tannins, tart cherry, touch rustic
Feel: medium, edgy, astringent but smooth
    Finish: long
