December 16, 2016 - Plum and spice on nose.
    Medium body. Mild spice.

January 2, 2013 - Good complexity, moderate weight/texture. Good body/density - not too heavy, but definitely with some weight. Very even in density. Well-balanced. Not the greatest finesse, but that's the only semi-downside.
