October 3, 2015 - Has kept very well. Balanced. Matute dark berries. A touch of chokolate and vanilla. Earth, smoke, tobacco, oak and berries in beautiful harmony. Perfect now, but will hold a few more years.

September 11, 2015 - I tend to hold my Malbecs too long, and often loose the crapshoot in doing that, but this one turned out well. Every component was perfectly integrated and nothing was sticking out or bringing attention to itself. It still had good tannin and bright fruit. Not a particularly heavy Malbec, but elegant. Only a touch of alcohol starting to show as we were finishing the bottle. I would drink now and not hold any longer.
