Community Tasting Notes 10

November 30, 2020 - Pretty much in line with my last bottle. Fairly natural in style, but not offensively so. Semi-oxidative already, I don’t see a lot of upside in aging further. Good, but not great.

September 23, 2020 - Loved it - so powerful and persistent - matched well with oysters

June 22, 2020 - Nice golden yellow. Lively but not too concentrated mousse. Interesting spice notes on the nose that are familiar but hard to describe, as well as some bread-y notes. Medium mouthfeel, with nice brioche. Acid is moderate to low, mostly on the outside of the tongues. Fruit is muted at first but then appears with classic orchard fruits, but underripe. Starting to show a little age which is very welcome and help rounds it out nicely.

November 28, 2019 - A bit tart for my taste.

July 27, 2019 - Very vinous. Intellectual fizz
