Enorme fraicheur sur ce vin de 10 ans! Le nez est vivant à souhait, floral, entre pot pourri, rose et violette, intense, d'obédience clairement naturelle!
Du poivre, des épices, du cuir, le registre est singulier pour une vieille syrah, ni cassis, ni viandé, il a beaucoup de personnalité. La bouche est tendue, fraiche, portée par des tanins presque légers, ça reste hyper digeste: on comprend le succès du vigneron.
