January 30, 2024 - Fully in the zone with juicy red and black fruit on the nose. BlackBerry, black cherry, black licorice, and vanilla.
Full body, med+ acid, med tannin.
This is a fantastic wine. Bug and powerful but refined and balanced. Nicely done. Drinking great now and will get better over the next 5+ years.1 person found this helpful Comment -

February 19, 2022 - Wonderful big Napa cab. Dark garnet/red. Long legs on glass. Dusty Rutherford nose with earth and red fruit. Smooth on palate with cassis, earth, mint and tobacco. Delightful. Long finish that really pleases.

May 17, 2019 - We revisited this lovely wine at an interesting wine tasting, with mini verticals of a few nice Napa Cabs. We had the chance to try the 07 next to the 08 (Morisoli). I would advise you to look at the tasting note I posted from last July. This wine is just as spectacular 10 months later. There is certainly plenty of fruit and tannins to allow this classic Napa vintage (07) to continue to age well in a nice cool cellar or wine fridge. It has lost nothing. This is a classic Napa valley Cabernet from an excellent vintage, and winery.
