October 3, 2021 - This is beautiful now, having acquired a creamy texture and well-integrated flavors with age but keeping plenty of freshness and a clear chablis signature.

November 29, 2012 - Pinson might be the most reliable, anti premox, Chablis producer on the planet. This 1er cru btl at 8yrs old is in absolute perfect condition with many years ahead of it but drinking great with whole Dorade fish tonight. Classic Chablis and worth every penny of the $25 I paid for it. Pale gold, clean nose, apples, lime and minerally with vibrant acidity.Sadly, my last of 4 btls.

December 8, 2011 - In great shape. Light gold color. Very fresh. tThe light oak treatment adds a little complexity to minerality and citrus. Still very Chablis with just slightest hint of trop fruit. Where in CA can you buy a wine like this for $24??? Great stuff!

October 20, 2010 - This is very intense and very tart! Stony and lemony. Showing very youthfully.

September 23, 2007 - Pale straw. Intense, racy citric acidity that cuts like a knife. Soft mineral flavours, with a hint of seaside and faint residual oak. Good finish. vg+

April 30, 2006 - Pale straw in color. The nose is subtle with hints of lemon, minerals, and tingly pepper. On the palate, there is more lemon, verly lively acidity, a tart finish that morphs into something with an earthy feel to it. Nice mouth feel and weight. Long finish. 50 + 4 + 11 + 16 + 7
