October 14, 2012 - Deep color with a medium body. Full of clean fruit flavors and long finish. A very tasty blend which will go with most food. A good value.

September 16, 2012 - Fantastic value: a big, vibrant, balanced, and instantly drinkable 50-50 Montepulciano / Sangiovese with a nose of every kind of berrie. I'm biased/sentimental but wines like these are why I love wine.

August 28, 2012 - This kind of relatively inexpensive wine packed with nice extraction with typical Italian minerality just makes me happy. Lots of fruit and smoky flavors. Similar to a very good Rosso di Montalcino but with more subtle earthy component. It would be hard for me to pick which I like more. For $18 or so you will not be disappointed and probably wonder (like me), why you didn't buy more of it.

May 9, 2012 - 50/50 Sangiovese/Montepulciano. Pretty nose of cherry juice, Indian spices and a touch of brett. Medium to full bodied with low to medium acidity. Round and fruity with black cherry and plum and maybe a bit of damp earth. Nice depth of fruit.

February 12, 2012 - Inky. Dense aromas of black berry fruits with big minerality and classic Italian dried herb thing. Fairly unctuous, rich dark flavors, fleshy and taught with decent acidity and somewhat fine bitter tannins. Good finish length. A very good, typical new school Marche wine with great production value.
