April 5, 2020 - Can’t say I’ve had a 15 year old champagne before and it is very interesting. The fruit is gone still plenty of fine bubbles. Dry but mild acidity. Still some of the bread yeast on the nose. Medium finish with maybe dried apricot and dried apples on the palette

Baked peach, pineapple, caramel, toasted bread, apple strudel, Brie cheese, mushrooms, toasted nuts, black tea, sherry like.
Soft texture and integrated acidity. Lovely maison wine, I think it's a good moment to drink it.

January 24, 2018 - Disgorged 2014 Jan, 55% Pinot Noir, 45% Chardonnay. Golden in color with fine beads, nose is quite reserved with toast and some citrus fruits. On palate, it is a entirely different beast. Concentrated and yet finely balanced, fresh but smooth, zesty but composed. Hint of spice too. Just the right dosage for my liking. Complex with multi-dimensional aroma. Value for money.

December 29, 2017 - Drank at Thanksgiving. It is more rich and smooth than it is lemony.

September 26, 2017 - Perhaps too old but lost a lot of bubbles. Depth and balance limited.

September 5, 2017 - Just about the same notes as last time, maybe a slightly shorter finish. Still a very good champagne at a great price.

December 24, 2016 - Served as Apéro. Absolutely gorgeous autolysis notes, with plenty of toast, some brioche, yeast and sour dough. Well balanced with sufficient acidity that provides freshness, an elegant, creamy mouthfeel and a classy perlage. Flavors of toast, nuts, baked apples, yellow apples and lemon cake on the palate. Medium-plus aftertaste.

October 1, 2016 - Toasty, plenty of brioche notes. Well balanced with plenty of acidity. Very nice QPR for vintage Champagne.

January 4, 2016 - This showed brilliantly on 12/31/15. Just the right amount of age, still a bit of zip (though the bubbles are fading) and a lovely nose to bring it all together. Better than I expected.

January 1, 2016 - Lots of yeast, bread, toast. Nice counterpart acidity with crisp red apple. Good complexity. Drank a bunch, slept, woke up to another glass! Didn't miss a beat.
