Palate: fresh berry and pomegranate and little blood orange with pine. Solid tension to carry the wine but integrated and at peak. Still plenty of life and beautiful right now. I dont see improvement from here so just enjoy them! -

July 24, 2021 - Fully mature. Ripe crunchy red fruit - kind of like Dujac Gevrey with a drop of root beer (which it kind of is).

June 26, 2021 - Delicious red cherry, floral, and spice aromas and flavors with wonderful intensity, complexity and balance culminating with refreshing acidity and tannins on the long finish.
