March 20, 2020 - after all these years fresh cherries jump right out of the glass both on the nose and palate. rich and luxurious but the end is near, drink up

May 3, 2013 - Dense, with baked cherry pastry, dried herb and floral, roasted earthy coffee, with some succulent freshness poking through. Juicy, but also dense dry cherry and red fruit. Lots of earthy, spicey depth. Very balanced and right in the sweet spot (for me), neither overripe nor austere. Although a bit more on the dry side, this has exhuberant juicy notes, little sappy pearls barely squeezing out of the dense core. ★+

August 25, 2012 - Awesome Barbera that boasts pure blackberry notes, juicy with high acidity, excellent structure.
