The nose is gorgeously perfumed. Needs a few years in the cellar for the tannins to smooth out. Great wine in the making.

With aeration of about 30-45 minutes, the wine is classic joyous Poulsard, well balanced and structured but absolutely ready to drink and delicious.   February 25, 2012 - Yup, it's Poulsard: pale and translucent, with a lifted nose of fennel and tart red fruits swirling around a tiny core of oxidative notes; crisp and clean and refreshing, with sweet red fruits gripping lightly on the tongue. I enjoyed this quite well and the bottle was drained fairly quickly.
