November 3, 2015 - Enjoyed over two nights. Paired well with sautéed Dover Sole and pearled, olive oil garlic roasted cous cous, and a tossed garden salad. Balanced enough that it didn't overwhelm the light, delicate white fish. This is definitely not your big oaky California Chard.

October 14, 2015 - This is a solid bottle of Chardonnay, especially for less than $20. Seemed to be well balanced, not overwhelming: flavors and aromas of apples, and pears with a hint of citrus in the background. Very good with or without food.

June 26, 2014 - Decent floral nose. A little crisp when cold but some pear flavors come out when it warms a little. Missing some acidity that could have improved it.

September 29, 2012 - Slight haze, pale straw color. I smelled green apples. Oak was present but not at all overwhelming--even the SB lovers liked it. Crisp acidity; really nice food wine.

August 17, 2012 - Touch of oak, interesting combo of nose of young and very ripe apples. Light on palate, even oak across that shows character, but never gets too strong. Red apples with oak. Some vanilla, touch of alch later.
