February 16, 2024 - Deep ruby-red. Took 20 minutes to open up in the glass after opening. Black raspberries, blackberries, black currants, mocha and licorice in the nose with hints of spice. Deep complex black fruits in the flavor, blackberries and black cherries. Perfectly balanced, great mouthfeel and nice structure and complexity and a long silky finish. A great food wine.

July 6, 2023 - - Nose: Present and full-bodied nose, jumping out, lots of Cabernet aromas of peppers, spices, tomatoes. Rather dark fruity, black pepper. Unfortunately, there is also a little too much coffee and some black chocolate. Fleshy and leathery tendencies are also developing, not yet over the top, but I wouldn't necessarily give it another 5 years!!
- Palate: The tannins are polished but still give enough grip. For me personally, the lightness and acidity are somewhat lacking. Very suitable with food, almost a little too heavy on its own. The length is outstanding in return.
