April 14, 2016 - Nice bouquet of green pepper and garden greens. Medium body. Balanced but disappears on the palate and is very short.
December 8, 2014 - The wine looks purple with light sediment in the bottle. It smells like bell pepper, medium toast and fur, and it tastes like green beans and bell pepper. The body is light/medium, with long legs, a smooth texture, and low acidity. The wine has a short finish.

December 1, 2012 - Bright red with excellent clarity. Bright cherry on the nose with some darker red fruits on the palate and a good bit of spice on the finish. A decent wine for the price and a good example for someone looking for a representative Loire Valley red.
November 11, 2012 - Perfectly decent Cab Franc for a good price. Red fruit flavors offset by tobacco and spice. Nice and full mouthfeel, not watery at all. Could have more up-front flavors and complexity but at the price, I'm not complaining. Very good value.
August 28, 2012 - Nose full of bright red cherry fruit. Cherry with raspberry on the palate. Fruit is very bright and fresh. A bit of spice with white pepper on the finish. Nice acidity with light tannins. Well integrated alcohol at 13%. Some texture to it that fills your mouth a bit for this price point. Nice, easy drinking table wine with a more expensive feel to it.
June 24, 2012 - Deep reddish purple. Raspberry, violets and minerals on the nose. A hint of cherry, plum and raspberry on the palette. In a blind testing may have guessed new world. Nice integration, smooth with a decent finish. Pleasant but not overly exciting.
