    a blast. fresh nose with a green touch. white bread, hazelnut, nougat. palate brings laser acidity. finest moussex. bonedry but not harsh. mouthdrying sensation.ultra fresh and very long.

    March 30, 2024 - consider this base 2015, disgorged February 2022, if it suits you!
    savory, mineral, transparently flavored. Clarity and equilibration. Sharp raw edges govern glycerin. Salt; roasted root husk; nutty. Lemon. Green peppermint. Sour red lingonberry tannin.

    March 8, 2024 - Disgorged 02/21. Lemon-gold color. Saline on the nose, lemon, chalk and slight stone fruit. Crisp and fresh on the palate, with a long finish. Refreshing and fun, but not super complex. Quite good nonetheless.

    January 6, 2024 - Excellent Champagne. Despite it being a base wine from Tarlant it is quite a complex wine with dominant citrus and pear notes, a decent amount of brioche, and great minerality.
