December 8, 2013 - The wine looks Ruby colored. The legs are Slow. It smells like and Mineral. It tastes like Dust, Mineral, and Blackberry. The body is Medium/Full. The wine has Smooth texture. The wine finishes Long.

December 31, 2012 - Jammy, velvet with a bouquet of leather and a hint of smoke and pomegranate.
June 28, 2012 - Taste is strong, earthy, big finish.
Smell is complex, warming.
May 7, 2012 - Wow ... whoever wrote "mature peak" in prior community tasting was right. The rich black berries I had with my prior bottles are now dark cherry skins, with not a hint of bitterness. Same flavours you'd expect from a dark tanniny wine but has now become light and less velvety to the palate. Varied VERY rapidly in nothing more than a Vinum Extreme glass (wide oxygen interface), a pleasure taking this ride. I would not necessarily decant this wine ... not if you love long meals. Sadly ... my last bottle. Drink now if you have only one, drink some now if you have a few but maybe keep a couple, though I think the prior writer was correct, great mature peak.
March 19, 2012 - Mature peak. Tannins softened. Rich berry and a hint of spice.
February 12, 2012 - Paek of maruity, wonderful dark berry fruits. Paired well with the ostrich.

January 28, 2011 - Excellent. Loads of blackberry, blueberry etc in the nose and mouth with a rich lush mouth feel. Tannins are well settled. Excellent excample of Stag's Leap. This is drinking beautifully right now.
