August 13, 2019 - Great ruby color - smooth but seems to be a little late - May have been better a couple years back. It lacked complexity.
May 26, 2018 - This wine is past its prime and had softened considerably, that is to say, lost a lot of character. Acceptable, but not what it was.

December 6, 2015 - Cherry, strawberry, raisin nose with a smokey oak nose. Smooth with flavors of dates, plums and almost sugary with a tannic finish. Delicious 50/50 mix of Cabernet and Merlot. A unique wine.
May 25, 2015 - Part of a five year vertical (05 - 09). Still has some life left in the bottle - right now this is drinking better as a day 2 wine.
December 23, 2014 - Opening bottle for family Christmas dinner
May 10, 2014 - Decanted for 2 hours prior to drinking. Very rich on the nose with black currant, plum, mocha, and cedar. Palate showed black plum skin and more black fruit. Some chocolate and black olive flesh are present in mid palate and the finish is medium plus. Very nice
March 27, 2014 - A very nice, smooth blend. Golly, neither a merlot or a cab (duh)...it is good!
February 4, 2013 - Outstanding. This is drinking very well right now and will do so for some time. Big Cherry and Berry aroma and a smooth fruit entry with a consistent finish. Slight hints of chocolate and leather as it decanted. Another winner from Peju!
May 7, 2012 - Decanted 1 hr at son's college graduation dinner. Dark color and dark fruits on the nose. Initial taste more red plum than black fruits. Smooth and very drinkable, but not very complex. At this price, would not buy again.
