Nose: fruit on nose cassis, some spices like cinnamon but only a little,
Palate: silky, delicious, full bodied, tannins, lovely
Opinion: I need to buy more and try sine of their others!!
October 26, 2014 - Musty nose of earth and wet leaves that yielded to dark fruit and mocha notes on the palate. Tannins still firm, but integrating well.
May 31, 2014 - Not what I expected from a napa cabernet. Tastes more like a merlot or Syrah, very light with a long finish. Tannins are understated and after a short decant the first glass tasted like the last. Very good but not exceptional.
March 29, 2014 - This was one of my favorite wines this month. Big, tannic, obviously younger than the 98 verite and the 07 shibumi and that may just be because I love my wines a big younger and fresher. Huge mouthfeel with big mouth coating tannins. Well structured and put together. This doesn't disappoint and is enjoyable from the beginning to the end. Nice big finish as well.
February 15, 2014 - Lakritze, Mocca, sehr rund und weich ohne Ecken und Kanten. Eher auf der opulenten Seite eines CS. Mit viel Kraft und trinkspass.
Wurde ca. 1.5h vor Genuss geöffnet.

October 18, 2013 - Good value for a $50 cab. Nice fruit and balanced structure -- ready to go now but should still be great over next 3-5yrs.
September 2, 2013 - Very good. Very nice balance for such a young wine. Black currants with nice tannins and mouthfeel. Medium plus finish. Not the greatest QPR.
