  April 5, 2021 - A fad wine that has once again failed spectacularly 11 years after its vintage. When young, it was lean and mean, all fibre and no fat. Like all those gym junkies, this wine was linear but had no flexibility and was stiffed as a board.
  
  To be fair, the wine is not without merit, with the aroma and the front palate doing a very good impression of a chardonnay. But there was no back palate and no finish. Needless, it was not a sensual wine but gym junkies would adore the clarity of its muscle definition.
  
  You can drink it now or 5+ years.

  October 6, 2016 - Up there with the very best Auz Chardonnays I have tried. Its cool and controled, with great persistence, well judged oak and good fruit depth. Shame its so expensive, but I doubt you could find many white burgs of this quality for the same price.

  November 21, 2013 - Straw colour with a hint of green. Struck match, minerals, lemon/grapefruit flavours, with a backbone on biscuity/vanilla oak. Only hints of orchard fruit. Really good in a leaner style. Purity. Will age for quite a bit longer.
