September 1, 2023 - This was fantastic. From a well-stored magnum; opened about two hours prior to dinner and decanted approx 30 mins prior. Cork was soaked through and I was worried until I caught a whiff. Just gorgeous, classic, beautifully fallen apart Martha - not past it at all. If I find another one I will jump on it!

August 12, 2021 - So good! Ripe and rich, with typical Martha’s Vineyard characteristics of eucalyptus on the nose, really great stuff.

September 12, 2020 - A friend served this tonight. A great wine that is showing a lot of character and no sign of fading. Well stored bottles should easily last another 7-10 years at this level.

December 11, 2019 - Zu Beginn sehr schwierige dumpfe Nase, erdig, staubig, wenig Frucht. Nach ca. 30 Minuten im Glas immer mehr Fruchtnoten, rote Frucht, Hagebutte, Menthol. Baut im Glas immer mehr aus und wird feiner und feiner. Mittlere Länge. Sehr schön gereifter Californier.
