March 1, 2024 - Orangefarben. Reife Nase, weit entwickelt, nussige Noten, Walnuss dominiert, Aprikosenkompott, Feigen, Zimt.

December 10, 2023 - Blind-tasted after a superb series of Burgundian Chardonnay, there is a clear change in style with a very expressive nose typical of southern wine – frangipane, Catalan cream, and a hint of mushroom. The palate is quite warm and creamy, with acidity, but the alcohol is noticeable, very powerful. It needs a strong dish to accompany it. A bit tiring at this stage of the tasting.

September 29, 2022 - Pronounced nose intensity with notes of barley, wheat. High acidity. Long finish. Very complex and slight bitter on palate.

September 14, 2022 - A lovely wine and a new vintage for me with it. The nose is great and jumps out at you and does make you think it's going to be a bit sweet. For sure there's tons of honey and white fruits here but it's what honey would but without the sweetness and more just the essence of it. Drinking nicely. Long way to go.

July 22, 2022 - Strong butterscotch and honeycomb flavours dominate. Tannins are still very strong. Salty and oxidized notes. Complex effort, multi faceted although not a wine that can be easily understood or enjoyed.
