Community Tasting Notes 2

June 28, 2013 - An unctuous, sweet nose of candied lime, lemon drops, and some petrol. On the palate, the wine lacks the acid profile to support the wine -- but it would be interesting to see how this develops in the bottle. Right now, it's little more than a a simple, sweet Riesling.

February 6, 2013 - Slightly sweet, slightly smelling just a bit mature, could have greater penetration of flavor, yet here it is.
