February 16, 2015 - Burg Dinner with Friends (Formento's - Chicago IL): Aromas consistent with what i expect from CC in a ripe vintage - lots of buttered popcorn and ripe orchard fruit, albeit more mature than I'd hope for a 1996. Flavors were even more advanced and far less interesting.

May 7, 2013 - Suspicious brownish color. Oxidized, unpleasant nose. Some nice acidity and minerality but the oxidation flavours kill the wine.
