June 4, 2017 - Great typical Beaune red character chez Jadot. High red fruit tones. Subtle complex perfume a bit hidden but certainly there as the wine opens. Highly mineral. Reminded me of a Chassagne red with a bit more weight, structure, and intensity.

April 27, 2016 - Still too young, but looks like it will flesh out into good juice. Don't drink until 2017. 2018 will be foolproof.

November 19, 2015 - This is a really lovely wine I wish I had bought a case. Anyhow I have one more and will save another 5 years. Its good now.. very pure.. not the most complex, but the fruit is so lovely and food friendly. This is why you buy Burgundy.. It can suprise you .. as everybody either great or terrible ways.

January 20, 2015 - Popped, breathed in bottle one hour, consumed over next two. Nice red fruit upfront, well balanced, with a bit of subtle complexity sneaking in as it opens.

    November 23, 2013 - Slow-ox 1 hr, tasted over 4 hrs and Day 2
-lighter bright brick red with faintest purple
-expressive right out of the gates with red berries, some spice - including a trace of black pepper, cherry hard candy, some discernible but nonintrusive oak
-med to med+ acidity gives an energetic lift buffered by med+ concentration on lighter weight frame, cherry predominates mid-palate, almost liqueur-like, slight medicinal component, a little bit of complexity, ripe med tannins, shuts down after a few hours
-very good now though suspect it will soon be shut down hard, more fruit-dominant and less funky/animale than Morot's Bressandes tends to be, has the drive and energy typical of 2010 red burgs
